Speculation is increasing that Tiger Woods will return to competitive golf within the next month.
It seems to be just a matter of which event? Will it be at the Tavistock Cup in Orlando, Florida, in two weeks time, or at PGA Tour's Arnold Palmer Invitational in Augusta in early April?
Both events take place in Woods' home town. The Associated Press apparently has two anonymous sources "with knowledge of his plans", and today reported that Woods' comeback would be at the Masters.
This does seem to make sense as the venue is heavily controlled and the tabloid media would find it hard to get in.
The prospect of the paparazzi springing out from the bushes on the easier-to-access Bay Hill course in Augusta must surely be very much less appealing as a comeback venue?
