Aussie golfer Adam Scott said he has spoken with his caddy Steve Williams about the swiping comments he made about ex employer Tiger Woods.
Scott said he believed Williams never meant to take anything away from his success, it was more a case of the caddy showing great confidence in the player and he said he felt flattered by that.
Scott said Williams had merely provided an honest answer and conceded he could be quite emotional.
He said it had all been blown out of proportion by the press and both men had agreed to 'let their clubs do the talking' at the forthcoming PGA Championship.
