Sebastian Vettel will start in pole position again in today's Grand Prix in Montreal.
It is his sixth pole out of seven races.
The German world champion started out badly in the first day's practice when he crashed into a wall, but it was nothing too serious and he went on to clock up the fastest time in yesterday's qualifying.
His best lap was one minute and 13.014 seconds.
Ferrari drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa were second and third fastest, while teammate Mark Webber struggled again with the KERS, he managed fourth quickest time.
