Gold Coast Titans were caught trying to poach NRL players yesterday.
The Daily Telegraph spotted Sydney Roosters player Nate Myles and his manager on their way to meet Michael Searle - the Titan's chief executive - at the Sheraton Hotel in Sydney.
Also seen was Melbourne Storm centre Beau Champion.
But the most contentious spot, was player manager Sam Ayoub and sacked Canterbury prop Ryan Tandy, who are both embroiled in a betting scandal.
Searle did admit to an interest in Myles, who is off contract after next season, and Champion, who is on a one-year deal with Melbourne. He said that no offer was made.
But he refused to talk about Tandy.
