Tiger Woods the former world number one golfer, has slipped down to position 51 in just under two years. Its been fifteen years since Woods was ranked outside of the top 50.
Woods lost many of his major endorsements after his infamous sex scandal in 2009; this along with a knee injury for most of this year has contributed to Wood's downfall.
Despite Wood's not winning a title in almost two years, he still remains as the leading 'athlete sports brand' in the world.
Woods will contest the US PGA Tour Frys.com Open this week, and he will further play invitational events in Perth and Melbourne as he hones his game for the Presidents Cup
