Fast bowler Shaun Tait has retired from one-day cricket and will solely play in Twenty20 matches from now on.
Tait, 28, said that the reality of playing all year round for the nation and for South Australia was having an impact on his body and he wanted to prolong his fitness for as long as possible, and avoid having to retire at some point through injuries
He said that Twenty20 cricket would allow him to manage his body and fitness and prolong his career.
