Australia's Casey Stoner got off to a great start of the 2011 MotoGP when he won yesterday's Grand Prix in Qatar.
Riding for Honda for the first time, Stoner remembered the lessons he'd learnt the hard way last year, starting from pole, he did allow Honda team-mate Pedrosa ahead and also the reigning world champion Lorenzo went past to to lead for a short time.
But Stoner finished 3.440sec ahead of Lorenzo, giving Honda their first win in the opening round of the season in eight years.
