The Cesc Fabregas transfer story continues after the Arsenal board turned down Barcelona's latest offer of just over $AU45 million with $AU9 million in add-ons.
Apparently they would settle for $AU60 million.
Fabregas is keen to return to the Nou Camp but Arsenal will not budge to sell their captain for less than what they consider the market price.
The transfer window is open until the end of August, but the deadline could well be August 16 or 17 when Arsenal face a Champions League qualifying tie.
