With only 3 months until the World Cup kicks off in South Africa, FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke says they're not yet ready to host the tournament and there's still uncertainty about where all the teams will be based.

Dubbed Soccer City - the Johannesburg venue is still way off completion, and there are still 700,000 tickets to sell. Valcke said he could reel off a list of things which still needed to be completed. But he said they would be ready on time, even if it meant staying awake 24/7 to get everything done.
