An African women's football team which played in qualifying championships for the World Cup, has been accused of having two male players.
Sisters Bilguisa and Salimata Simpore, who played for Equitorial Guinea, are said to be really men.
Ghana's captain has called for the organisers to step in and last year African football authorities refuted a claim by Nigeria.
The sisters have now withdrawn from their country's squad.
South Africa's manager said it was probably a case that the 'sisters' were intersex and wants FIFA to establish specifical medical gender tests.
