Last year's decision to let fans and the public alone vote for their man of the match selections during the Rugby World Cup has been likened to an Australian Idol voting process by one of the sport's best players - Mark Ella.
This is the first year the responsibility lies solely with the public and Ella fears that some people may just vote for a family member involved in the game, and get all friends and family onboard to do the same to garner votes, whether they are the best player or not.
