New Fremantle coach Ross Lyon denies he stabbed Mark Harvey in the back,and says he can hold his head high over his shock departure from St Kilda.Lyon has been unveiled as Fremantle"s new coach after a tumultuous 24 hours in which he quit the Saints.Harvey was axed with a year left on his contract.Lyon signed a four-year deal with the Dockers.
