Race meetings across NSW this weekend will be united in raising funds to help victims of the earthquake in Christchurch.
Racing NSW chief executive Peter V'landys said the racing industries here and in New Zealand are closely intertwined and shared the deep sense of sorrow the tragedy had incurred.
Racegoers attending meetings at Rosehill, Kembla Grange, Casino, Coonabarabran, Balranald, Moree and Condobolin and Dubbo will be asked to make donations to the Red Cross.
