The eve of the most highly anticipated match of the year has arrived and Queensland are still the favourite to win

 tonight’s State of Origin III decider.

NSW coach Ricky Stuart admitted at his final press conference that he wished he wasn't coaching against Darren Locker tonight.

The QLD captain officially retires tonight.

Stuart said he was a great player who deserved the best send-off but he would like to win and 'put a dampener on his party'. 

Tonight's match will be extra emotional for Maroons fans and players as Lockyer bows out.
