Israel Folau has no regrets over switching codes to the AFL and is looking forward to watching the State of Origin series opener which takes place at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium next Wednesday.

Last year Queensland picked Folau for games 2 and 3 although he'd already announced he would be joining the new AFL Club Greater Western Sydney. 

He is keeping his head down these days preparing for next year's debut.
