John Elias, Ryan Tandy and Sam Ayoub appeared in court today to face charges over the NRL betting scandal.
Elias and Ayoub are charged with seeking to gain financial advantage by deception, and Tandy is defending four counts of lying to a crime commission hearing.
Elias' and Tandy's cases were adjourned quickly, but Ayoub's lawyer told the magistrate he had subpoenaed Parramatta halfback Brad Murray to give evidence about a variation to Ayoub's bail.
Ayoub's bail condition was set on the basis he made no contact with Murray, unless through a legal representative.
The case was adjourned until later today.
