Manchester United midfielder Nani from Portugal, is being sued by his brother Jose Almeida.

Jose has refused to speak about the case but is due to face his brother in court next month, suing him for breach of contract to the tune of $1.6 million.

Nani had offered his brother a job managing his business affairs back in 2007 when he left Lisbon for Man Utd. 

But his contract worth $240,000 was never honoured, when his brother stopped paying him.

Jose is now a football agent in the Netherlands.
