IOC president Jacques Rogge says the Olympic Committee accepts 'moral responsibility' for the death of the Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili at the Olympics two weeks ago, but said they are not legally responsible.
He said the luger's death crash will always be linked to the Vancouver Games, always casting a shadow, but that the overall success of the games should be taken separately.
Rogge has urged Russian organisers to take heed and ensure the sliding track is safe for the 2014 Sochi Games.
