Harry Kewell fever weirdly hits Adelaide tonight with more than 10,000 fans expected to welcome their hero back to Australia in Melbourne Victory's first match.
It's just a pre-season trial, which wouldn't usually attract much attention from the press or fans, but Kewell's return after 16 years playing for clubs overseas has sparked up a storm of interest.
Kewell hasn't played competitively since late May. He is expected to be given 45 minutes tonight.
Victory's A-league season-opener will be against Sydney FC at Etihad Stadium on October 8.
