Media outlets in India are reporting that the ICC anti-corruption and security unit is reviewing Australian opener Brad Haddin's 'slow bowling' in their match against Zimbabwe, which the media allege caught the unit's attention for the possibility of spot-fixing.
"The slow rate of scoring in the first two overs was scrutinised by the ICC anti-corruption and security unit," Indianexpress.com website said in a report from the national wire service, Press Trust of India.
Haddin however believes it all to be a joke at his expense, and the team's manager Steve Bernard said the claims were 'ludicrous'
Bernard confirmed the ICC ACSU had made no approach to the Australian team regarding the matter.
