The ICC yesterday did a u-turn on its decision to narrow the 2015 cricket World Cup down to 10 teams, and it will now feature 14.
The 10 team decision was criticised by non-Test nations such as Canada and Ireland, who said they would not be able to increase the game's popularity without the option to qualify for a World Cup.
The u-turn means that 4 associate countries will qualify for 2015.
The decision will also affect the format for the 2012 and 2014 Twenty20 tournaments.
