Fallen star Brendan Fevola is prepared to take an anti-alcohol drug if it means he can continue to play football.
He is about to signed a deal with Melbourne's VFL affiliate club Casey Scorpions, a move which has angered Melbourne Demons who say they want nothing to do with Fevola.
His management company say Fevola is totally committed to staying sober. If he drinks while taking the anti-alcohol drug, it will quickly make him become very ill.
Fevola is set to train with the club twice this week, before heading overseas for a brief holiday.
