Callum Ferguson will replace Shaun Marsh on the Aussie squad after Marsh injured a hamstring in the fifth game of the one-day international series against England.
The team physiotherapist confirmed Marsh would be unable to play the remaining two games.
Chairman of selectors Andrew Hilditch said Ferguson would take Marsh's place as there was such a short turnaround between the remaining games.
Hilditch said Callum's record in one-day international was excellents and he was in good form this season.
