What do I need to use the Mobile Betting?:
You will need an account with Betezy (join now), WAP/GPRS/JAVA enabled phone (most newer phones are compatible), mobile plan that allows access to the Internet, and Betezy Mobile Betting application (how to download).

You can find out the model of your mobile phone by refering to your instruction manual or refering to the phone battery where it will be printed.

WAP stands for Wireless Application Protocol and means you can gain access to the Internet from your mobile handset.

What is WAP?
GPRS stands for General Packet Radio Service and is a high-speed data service. You are charged for the amount of data you download instead of how long you are using the GPRS service.

What is GPRS?
Most new mobile phones now support Java applications. The Betezy Mobile Betting service was written in the Java programming language.

What is Java?
No problem. You will be able to take calls and SMS while using the Betezy Mobile Betting service. Once you have finished your call, the software will re-connect itself. You won't miss a call while playing.

What happens if I receive a call or SMS whilst using Betezy Mobile Betting?
No problem. You will be able to resume normal operation once the signal has been resumed. Should you lose a connection whilst in the process of making a bet, please check your 'Bet History' panel to check that your bet was completed successfully. If a receipt wasn't issued - the bet was not completed successfully. If you are in any doubt, please contact Customer Support.
